New Race Formula For Trail Sleds
The number you recieve after registration will be called out on pa system and put on chalk board, you will come to the line and race your race, upon returning on the return lane there will be a winner and a looser line at the start line. You will line up in the line for how you placed in the first race (winner/looser} You must return into one of the two lines each time you race. Failing to return into one of the two lines, you will be disqualified . After loosing two races you are done in that class.
Depending on size of class you could have multiple wins but once you lose twice you are done.

This will equal alot more races, but alot faster line ups. So bring your sled ready to run, if you had to run eight races it would equal about four miles and all trail sleds must be able to run that far. For no reason will anyone be allowed out of line.

Again this year we will be doing Pit Passes. Snowmobiles (trail class and Imp. ice) will be given 2 passes and the Pro Stock will be given 3 passes. We do have a group of riders (wearing yellow vest) that will be helping controll the pits and will be assisting those without passes out. They will also be racing in the races. We must keep the pits safe. Anyone willing to help contact Mike at 614-1036

          Studs, Studs, and Studs
After a number of phone calls we will post it here on how we look at studs

Non current and current classes are classes set up for trail sleds. These classes are set up for the normal guys and gals who usually don't have an event to drag race at Recommended manufactured height above the paddle is 3/8" in a few application the four manufactures recommend 1/2". This is the guide line we use for the Winterfest. If you are more than 1/2" above the paddle we will be moving you up one class. ( example if you have a 95 XLT 600 you would go into the Non Current 600 snow class but with 1/2" or longer struds you will go into the Non Current 700 snow class)

Thanks Mike
